Jordan Adventure 01-06 October 2005

Saturday 01 Oct

Arrival day

Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport at Amman, meet and assist with formalities, then transfer to 5 stars deluxe hotel (Le Meridian, Marriott or Intercontinental Hotel) depending on availability. Welcome drink followed by a buffet dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Sunday 02 Oct

King’s Road – Petra “Madaba, Mount Nebo & Kerak”

Depart Amman to Petra via King’s Road visiting en route City of Madaba, with its famous 6^th century mosaic map that is laid on the floor of St. George’s Cathedral, then few minutes drive to Mount Nebo to visit the old chapel on top of the mountain, view the well preserved pieces of mosaic and to enjoy the panoramic view of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.

Proceed through the countryside of Jordan passing through the Mujib Valley till arrival to the crusaders City of Kerak for a visit of the ruins and to enjoy a nice buffet lunch at the restaurant next door.

After lunch, proceed by coach through the desert road till arrival to the town of Wadi Musa “home of Petra” and check into Petra Movenpick Hotel or Taybet Zaman (depending on availability), buffet dinner and overnight.

Monday 03 Oct

Visit Petra – Wadi Rum Overnight

All morning visit of Petra with lunch served at Basin restaurant located amongst the ruins of Petra.  In the late afternoon, depart to the desert of Wadi Rum, upon arrival to the guesthouse, refreshments and welcome drink will be served while local jeeps are being prepared to take you into the desert for couple of hours exploring its hidden antiquities and beauty.

The end of the tour will be at a campsite especially built for YOU INTERLINERS.........

Enjoy a Special dinner evening with the local music and bon fire in the heart of the desert...

Overnight at a special camp in the desert.

Tuesday 04 Oct

Wadi Rum – Aqaba

Breakfast at camp

Jeeps will collect guests from camp site for couple of hours tour inside the desert ending the tour at the rest house were coach is waiting to take you for the one hour drive to the Red Sea City of Aqaba – Rest of the day free for own activities.

Lunch under own arrangements

Dinner and overnight at Aqaba Movenpick Hotel

Wednesday 05 Oct

Aqaba – Dead Sea - Amman

After breakfast at hotel, board coach and drive back to Amman visiting en route The Dead Sea to enjoy a swim and nice buffet lunch at the Dead Sea Spa Hotel.

In the late afternoon, depart Dead Sea to Amman.

Farewell dinner at KanZaman Village Restaurant.

After breakfast – transfer to Queen Alia Airport

-         4 nights accommodation in a 5 stars deluxe hotel

-         1 night accommodation at camp in Wadi Rum desert + Dinner evening.

-         Entrance fees to sites mentioned in program.

-         Horse back riding at Petra and Jeep tour at Wadi Rum.

Package Excludes

-   Cost of entry visa to Jordan (USD 15.00)

-         Airport departure tax (USD 7.50)

-         Cost for individual transfers. (Guests arriving before 1 Oct and departing after 06 Oct.)

-         Extras at hotels (laundry, telephone calls, mini bar, room service etc..)

-         Camel ride at Wadi Rum

-         Air passage.

Cancellation & Refunds policy

-         Full refund of deposit till 01st Sept. 2005.

-         50% refund of deposit till 8^th Sep 2005.

-         No refund after 8^th Sep 2005.

-         Registration dead line 8^th Sep 2005.

Important notice

-         Deposit of USD 200.00 per person to be submitted with application.

-         No application will be processed without deposit unless payment guaranteed by your Interline Club.  The balance to be settled upon arrival in the hotel at the JIC registration desk in USD Cash or Bank Cheque.

-          Personal cheque or credit cards and Traveler Cheque are not accepted.

-         All extra nights should be paid to Jordan Interline Club in USD cash or Bank Cheque.

-         Refer to Travel Information manual (TIM) regarding visa and entry regulations into Jordan.

-         Bank cheque made payable to Jordan Interline Club.  For transfer, please send your money to Account number:001-024140-090 at HSBC Jabal Al-Hussein Branch.
